PAYMENT

Cleancodubai.com currently offers COD (“Cash on Delivery”) payments and Paypal. However, Cash On Delivery option is only applicable within United Arab Emirates. In order to protect the website visitors to the best of our knowledge, we implement several security policies and certificates. These layers of protection could be by-passed if the user’s computer is/was infected with a virus or malicious software. Cleanco or its associated partners and employees cannot be held responsible in such a scenario or circumstance.

Cleanco reserves the right to refuse a delivery or honor an order from a Customer who has not paid part or the totality of a previous order or with whom a litigious dispute is in progress. Cleancodubai.com also reserves the right to take any necessary steps including legal action in case of outstanding or non-payment of fees by you.

INVOICE

The order form filled out online by the Customer cannot be considered as an invoice. Regardless of the purchase or payment methods, the Customer receives an invoice inside his/her parcel when it is delivered. A digital/hard copy of each invoice is registered in Cleanco data base.

SECURITY

Cleancodubai.com will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of any payment details included in your order nevertheless, barring direct negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to information you may provide. DISPUTES

If any dispute, claim, controversy or difference (including in relation to any tortious or statutory claim) (“Dispute”) arises out of or in connection with or in relation to this User Agreement, including (without limitation) any question regarding the formation, existence, scope, performance, interpretation, validity or termination of this User Agreement or this clause, or any question regarding the legal relationships established by this User Agreement or the consequences of its nullity, then the parties shall first attempt amicably to settle the Dispute through good-faith negotiations over a period of thirty (30) calendar days commencing on the date that a party first sends to the other party a written notice of the Dispute.

In the event that a Dispute has not been settled amicably by the relevant parties by the end of such thirty (30) calendar day-period, the parties hereby agree that the Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration as set out below, under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre – London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”), which rules (“Rules”) are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The parties to the arbitration shall seek to agree on a sole arbitrator to be nominated to the LCIA court for appointment. If the parties to the arbitration fail to nominate a sole arbitrator within 30 days from the date of the service of the request upon the respondent (or such greater or lesser period as may be fixed by the LCIA Court), the sole arbitrator shall be appointed by the LCIA Court. The seat or legal place of the arbitration shall be Dubai International Financial Centre in Dubai, UAE.

The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and the award shall be in English. The foregoing provisions of this clause are without prejudice to the right of Cleancodubai.com to seek interim relief at any time from any court of competent jurisdiction (whether or not an arbitrator has been appointed) and Cleancodubai.com shall not be deemed to have breached this arbitration agreement or infringed the powers of the arbitrator for having done so..

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES Cleancodubai.com ‘S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. Cleancodubai.com SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. Cleancodubai.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT Cleancodubai.com HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any content or materials on it, your sole exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of it. Further, you agree that any unauthorized use of the Site and its services as a result of your negligent act or omission would result in irreparable injury to Cleancodubai.com and Cleanco shall treat any such unauthorized use as subject to the Terms and Conditions of this User Agreement.

Products deemed to be super-savers or highly discounted by the company might be limited by quantity per order and company reserve the right to alter ordered quantity for such products and or cancel the order with or without consent of the customer.

Cleancodubai.com reserves the right to cancel any unpaid order under any circumstances without any owed liability towards customer or otherwise, in-case of paid order Cleancodubai.com still reserves this right as long as paid amount is returned in full.

GOVERNING LAW

This User Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, UAE law. This clause will survive any expiry or cancellation of this User Agreement for any reason..

Pre Order 
Pre-Order Is A Service That Lets You Order A Product Before The Official Launch Date.

• Delivery:We aim to deliver pre-ordered products on the official launch date, provided that we have received and processed your payment. This is not always possible due to availability at our warehouse. Delivery charges may apply to all pre-orders unless otherwise stated. Standard Delivery timelines will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product is available. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reason that we may or may not disclose. Delivery date for the pre-ordered items may change without any prior notice or confirmation.
• Payment:Payment must be made in advance to confirm your preorder. If for any reason you would like to cancel your order before shipment you must do so atleast 3 days before we dispatch your order.

PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES & REFUNDS

Payment for cleaning services is due in full at the time of service. A valid credit card/debit card must be on file in order to schedule services. If you will be paying by cash on a regular basis ,and no one is going to be home on the day of your scheduled cleaning service, payment must be left on the counter. If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately. If you are not available, we will try and process the credit card number on file. If we are unable to contact you and are unable to charge the credit card on file, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Cleancodubai.com gladly accepts payment in the following forms: Cash,  and Credit Cards.

All initial, deep, one-time, move in/out and seasonal cleanings are based on an hourly rate.

Regular Clients- If paying by  cash on a regular basis, please leave all payments for services on the kitchen counter.  We pride ourselves in giving superior service to our clients. We go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with your cleaning service. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.

SKIPPED CLEANINGS & CANCELLATIONS

As a general cleaning client, a part of what you pay for is a consistent spot on our schedule. Having a consistent spot insures that you receive a discounted rate. Any gaps in regular service MAY increase your rate if additional time is needed in order to bring your home back to maintenance level. A cancellation fee will also apply if you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance (See below)

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Please consider our scheduling/preparations and that we are reserving a time slot for your cleaning. A fee of 50% of your cleaning price will be applied to all accounts that are not canceled/rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning day.

VALUABLES

Should you decide that you would like us to clean items within curio cabinets or items of monetary/sentimental value, the following release of liability shall be in effect:

Client hereby releases Cleancodubai.com from all liability arising out of cleaning these items. Client understands that he/she is completely responsible for repairing or replacing any damaged item or items even if Full Moon Cleaning may have caused the need for repair or replacement.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

a). We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder

b). We cannot move furniture over 15 lbs but will try to reach a visible place with an extension duster

c). If an area in the home is considered or has the potential to be considered a bio-hazard, that area will not be cleaned (emptying/cleaning cat litter boxes, human/animal excrement, etc).

It is to the clients advantage to have the home picked up as much as possible allowing us to be able to get to all areas so that we can optimize your cleaning. At Cleancodubai.com we provide light straightening of the areas that we clean. If such areas/surfaces are cluttered at the time of cleaning, your team will clean around those areas and you will be notified.

ENTRY TO HOMES

Cleancodubai.com has three different options to choose from so that your cleaners have entry into homes.

1). Client may opt to not give a key to the company and be home on their day of cleaning. Because we cannot give an exact time, the client must be home during their specific time frame to let the cleaners in/out of the home. If no one is home when the cleaners arrive, a cancellation fee will be charged. (See fee above)

2). Client may provide the company with a key. In the event of termination of the cleaning agreement, keys will be returned to the client within 48 hours of the final cleaning. For your protection, keys will not be linked to any information pertaining to the client. Keys are kept in a secured area and are crossed referenced in case of loss.

3). If a client chooses to leave their door unlocked, place the key under the mat, or leave their house key in an unsecured place for the cleaners to gain entry, the client releases Cleancodubai.com from all liability that arises from damage made before or after the cleaners leave the premises. The client understands that they will be responsible for any damages that are caused before/after their scheduled cleaning team.

It is not necessary for the client to disarm their alarm system for their scheduled date of cleaning. If you would like, you may contact your alarm company and have a house cleaner code issued

PRICE INCREASES

Cleancodubai.com reserves the right to adjust client rates at any time. You will be notified 30 days prior to any price increases.

EMPLOYEE SOLICITATION

When entering into an agreement for services with Full Moon Cleaning Service, you agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced to you by  Full Moon Cleaning  Service for any home-related services. If you are found to have solicited one of our staff members, please be advised that our referral/ training fee is $2,500 payable to Cleancodubai.com immediately upon employing our staff for any services to your home/ business. Your maid (s) will also be immediately terminated.
